AD*Star and ProTex Cement Bags

Most AD ProTex and Ad*STAR bags are made with a circular weave, in
other words, a tube of cloth. This tube is then folded flat and coated. As a
result, there is a small area on the sides of the bag which cannot be printed, leaving a
blank stripe, as you will, right in the middle of the side. And from this stripe, a small
raised seam will be visible. Lucky Star Weaving has two ways to be able to print the complete side: The first way is to offset the seam so that it runs on diagonal corners. This allows the entire side to be printed for a better graphics message, but it still has the stripe, albeit in a better position. By using backseaming, however, we can totally eliminate that stripe, eliminate that visible raised seam, and make full use of graphics over the totality of the bag. This is the best option for making the best use of graphics. Lucky Star has the most tubers of any woven polypropylene manufactures in the world.
